What's needed for healthy life style?

Every person aims to live a long and healthy life. But what do we do for that? To analyze our everyday life, we are doing quite opposite things. For example, in the very morning we get up in bad mood as we slept too little, drink a cup of strong coffee, rush to the office, quarrel with the co-workers and bosses, drink coffee during the break again, eat much in evening, get hot-tempered about the family troubles, work very hard and dream to waste the weekend in laziness. The repeating of these stages from a day to a day creates a life style, a habit.
In such a way we start a circle in our life which is connected with the problems, nerves and medicines. As a result we try to eat more or to drink more in order to avoid the problems. But a little people understand that there is another way of the actions. It is just worthy to assure yourself that you want to lead a healthy life style. A healthy life style means an optimal schedule, organized vacations, good eating regime, activity and sport, personal hygiene, hardening yourself, absence of the bad habits, love towards your dearest and nearest and positive attitude to a life.
I used to think that it is worthy keeping health from the very childhood. And only now, learning the subject deeper, I know that it is an intuitional decision and it turned to be a correct one. Sometimes, forgetting to check your health once per year, you risk to experience the troubles later, in ten years. Keep in shape and eat properly as stout people are more inclined to the aging. Most diseases are caused by bad mood. Yes, yes. So, keep smiling, feel really happy about the things in your life, learn how to please yourself, feel gladness for other people's successes, forget about evil emotions, love your dearest and nearest or at least find somebody to love. A very precious piece of advice is to give up smoking and drink moderately.
Don't allow your life to run in a circle. Make it different and enjoy it. So, it will enjoy you too.
