Returning to our muttons, let's get back to the times when a well-trained body considered being ideal. So, a healthy body is not given by the nature itself. It needs much work and desire to become better, stronger, quicker...
As a motto of every healthy person we can define "Water, air and sport".
Sport is a much needed condition of a sound body. Of course, if you are playing chess, they can not guarantee you the big muscles. The simplest and most common ones are the skating, badminton and tennis, swimming and running, yoga and martial arts. They are able not only improve your physical state, but make your mood. Why? The specialists say that during the regular physical exercises special hormone is produced. It increases feeling of self-esteem and complacency.
The physical exercises outdoors make your lungs breathe deeper, fill your blood with oxygen.
Due to the numerous swimming pools in winter and the natural reservoirs in summer, people have an opportunity to make the water procedures every season. It includes both swimming and water gymnastics. The tanning in summer is a good leisure as well, but it is recommended to do in the right time, till eleven a.m. or after four p.m.
Early in the morning, when people are sleeping usually, it is worthy devoting twenty minutes to the exercises. Don't be lazy to enjoy your physical activity as the actions which are pleasant to you bring more positive result. Perhaps, it is better to start with the reduced "sport minutes" and make them longer with every day. In such a way your body will adjust to a new kind of life and you will enjoy your healthy life style.
