Coffee or tea?

Ones of the most wide-spread drinks in the world are tea and coffee. People enjoy drinking tea as it is one of the drinks which influence an organism in a healthy way. It helps to relax and removes stress and headache, furthers the alcohol denying and digesting, deduces poisons from an organism; it helps to stand heat and so on. Actually the myths touch tea hardly. For example, in XIX century, the bad consequences of tea were underlined in a popular book. It said that due to caffeine, tea is not recommended to people with the heart diseases, it is a kind of the light drugs and in general, tea badly influences skin and the organs. It is worthy remembering that during the centuries attitude to the different products is changing due to the social and political causes. Now tea is considered to be one of the healthiest drinks as it makes both body and spirit feel better. In addition, the element of tea is essence. The essences are much recommended for health.

The only condition of tea drinking is the keeping of its rules. Yes, tea likes the rules. Well, remember that it is better not to drink "second-hand" tea; fresh tea contains more healthy components. Old tea could be even a poison. But it is not something we would like to our health, isn't it? Tea absorbs the smells very good. Its place is to be far from the washing-up liquids, chemical subjects or other harmful substances.

As for coffee, it is not worthy drinking it to people who suffer of hypertonic disease. As a matter of fact, everybody knows that coffee causes insomnia and addiction. Too strong tea or coffee is harmful to every person.

Many people start their days with a cup of strong coffee. It becomes a habit. I wonder why they do not write the coffee warnings which are similar to the cigarette packets ones.
