A vegetarian diet

The sixth part of the Earth inhabitants is the vegetarians. The advantages and disadvantages of this way of eating are quite arguable, but the most people make it their healthy life style.
What does make people become the vegetarians? There are two factors – health and spirit. A friend of mine is a vegetarian as once she saw how people killed a rabbit. As a result she is sure that she does not need any meat. Other people must follow this diet as it is requirable by their health. So, people are different and their needs are different as well. As it is well-known, the vegetarianism could be strict and mild. People who belong to the first ones do not eat meat and all the animal products at all (eggs, honey, caviar and others). The most wise and moderate vegetarians used to take the special pills and vitamins in order to fill up the maintenance of the necessary elements in an organism as such people know the disadvantages of this diet and try to make it as comfortable to an organism as it is possible. Regarding the adult vegetarians, they used to pay more attention to such elements as calcium and iron. These components are less in the natural products.
Actually, vegetarianism is harmful for the young people, the teenagers exactly, because during his growing a young organism is not supported with all the range of the products, minerals and vitamins.
As we can see, we need to be flexible in all the things which are proposed by the doctors.
